worst customer service!

You only know the soul of a company (or a person for that matter) when something goes WRONG. Well there was a mix up on my order. Unfortunately the woman on the phone was unfriendly, accusing and rude! Wow! How can people run a business like this? How can they think it is okay to talk to someone, much less a customer, with such an attitude? Needless to say I did not receive my order in time for my event. It is time to find a different brand of gluten free flours, any ideas?

GF Pizza Crust Mix pretty good!

If you are like me and trying to stick to a gluten-free diet, then I'm sure you've been looking for ways to make a good pizza. Pizza was something I wasn't willing to give up, and with this product, I don't have to! One bag makes enough dough for several large pizzas, or like me, you can use what you need, then keep the rest refridgerated for several days. Having a pack of 4 means I don't have to run out. I think it's pretty good, easy to make up (it comes with its' own yeast) and not bad considering it's GF.

Not That Great

I gave this product 3 stars because even though I really disliked it, my kids loved it. I think that the garbanzo bean flour really overpowered it. It tasted really bitter and gross to me, and I didn't like the texture. My kids however, demolished two pizzas over two days. This is really impressive for my daughter, who doesn't have celiac disease and doesn't even usually eat pizza. She loved this.

This is easy to make and cooks up well, our issue is the taste. I'm pretty sure it's the garbanzo bean, so if you already know you don't like the flavor of garbanzo beans, you should skip this one. Otherwise it's good, and I'm sure people who like the bean flavor would enjoy this too.

gluten free baking mix

This is one of the best mixes out there for gluten free baking. I save the yeast packet for making the pizza, or other breads, and use this mix as my general baking mix cup for cup in a recipe for cookies, muffins and such. excellent!!
